Paving Refurbishment

Block paving refurbishment and patio cleaning is a 4 Stage process -

Step 1: The paved area is first treated with fungicidal wash /weed killer to eliminate any fungal spores and algea growths.

Step 2: The area is then totally cleaned using a professional rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove the build up of weeds, moss, algae and general dirt and grime that may have built up over time. Any oil stains can be seperately treated and removed at this stage.

Step 3:  Kiln dried sand is then swept into the joints to stabilise the paving from possible movement.

Step 4: High quality Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This will enhance the look of the paving, increase the lifespan and give long lasting protection.

* The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application ensuring each individual block and sand is saturated and provides the most protective solution.
